Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie

With only 3 to 4 ingredients, this is a brilliant low-calorie smoothie that is also delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium-sized carrot about 1/3 rd cup chopped
  • 2 nos large oranges makes about 1 cup of juice
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • honey as per taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Chop the carrots into small pieces. Squeeze out the juice from the oranges and make sure you get some pulp as well.
  • In a blender, take all the ingredients and blend them into a smooth consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
