pinch of saltin case you are using unsalted butter
Honey or Maple Syrup with Mixed berries for topping
1 CupMilk
Instructions
Mash the bananas thoroughly to make a smooth paste. Then make a batter of all the ingredients above. Add milk slowly to make a smooth batter without any lumps and with a pouring consistency. You may not need one cup. So pour it slowly.
Heat a non stick frying pan and take a ladle full batter and pour on the hot frying pan. Using the back of your ladle, spread the batter into a round shape.
Reduce the heat and let the pancake cook. Do not cover. After a few second, you will notice air bubble forming on the pancake. With a spatula, see if the sides are released. Once the sides are released, flip the pancake to cook the over side. The other side takes less time to cook.
Once done, place your pancake on a plate. Drizzle with honey and top with berries or fresh fruits.
