Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie
With only 3 to 4 ingredients, this is a brilliant low-calorie smoothie that is also delicious.

Ingredients

medium-sized carrot
about 1/3 rd cup chopped
2
nos
large oranges
makes about 1 cup of juice

tsp
freshly grated ginger
1
cup
ice cubes
honey as per taste
optional
Instructions
Chop the carrots into small pieces. Squeeze out the juice from the oranges and make sure you get some pulp as well.
In a blender, take all the ingredients and blend them into a smooth consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve.
