Cut the sides of the bread slices. In a grinder, take the bread and grind into a coarse powder.
Add the boneless chicken to this along with salt, pepper, soy sauce, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Grind everything together till everything binds together. It need not be a very smooth paste.
Take this out and add a tbsp of oil to this dough and knead it well.
Then on parchment paper or a cookie sheet, spread this paste into 3 to 4 mm thickness.
Using a knife, straighten out the sides into a rectangle. Then cut into desired shapes.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add a little bit of salt.
Dip the chicken nugget pieces one by one into the bowl and then crumb coat with the bread crumbs. Make sure all the edges are properly covered in bread crumbs.
After that, you can store these nuggets in a freezer bag or a box and layer them with parchment paper in between. Whenever you want to eat, just take them out and deep fry them. No need to thaw. Deep fry in medium heat and serve with ketchup.
