Sizzler Festival @Buzz, The Gateway Hotel, Kolkata
There is a hiss and a sizzle and it makes everyone’s head turn around. Yes, it is a head turner, the Sizzler. There is not much written about the origin or the history of sizzler other than it was definitely popularised in the US after World War II. However what can...The Bridge at The Park Kolkata gets a menu makeover
Planning and designing a menu for any restaurant is a big uphill task. It looks simple but the designing/re-engineering of a menu based on the gazing patterns of the customers, placement of loser items on the last page so that, by the time you reach that page, you...That school at Aru Valley

So, on a beautiful sunny (and somewhat cool) Sunday, we were on our way to Abcos Food Plaza for their brunch on an invite from Amrita. Anindya had been there before, but for me, I went with no expectation and an open mind. We were standing in front of a four story building with large golden decorated gate in an Oriental style. Thats Abcos Food Plaza. Each floor had a different name of a restaurant- O Calcutta, Kipling’s Klub, Pen & Ink and Dalhousie Celebration on roof top.
